The group

Founded by Stéfano Uhoda, Uhoda Group began its journey in 1963 with the establishment of the first service station featuring a shop and an automatic car wash in Liège, Belgium. Stéphan Uhoda, son of Stéfano, along with his brother Georges, took over the management of the company, bringing a new dynamic of growth and diversification. 

Today, Uhoda Group is structured around three key pillars: mobility, events, and real estate. These activities showcase not only strong expertise but also a continuous commitment to innovation and adaptation to market trends and environmental sustainability. 

In parallel, the group actively supports social and cultural initiatives, positioning itself as a key player in the local ecosystem, particularly in Liège. Whether through artistic projects, cultural partnerships, or social initiatives, Uhoda Group significantly contributes to the development and influence of the local community.

The group's current areas of activity are the result of a long-term evolution, rooted in projects dating back to the early 1980s. They reflect the entrepreneurial spirit of its principal shareholder, driven by curiosity, passion, and a constant drive for progress.
